"This is a boutique company but they sometimes act as though they are the 800 lb gorilla that can tell customers how to do business with them. Management does not value the sales team and historically has found ways to avoid paying them through shell games with accounts and territories or ridiculously aggressive goals. There is a Junior High School game playing attitude internally that includes management."

Matt Winkler has become little more than a figure head; I fear the current leadership will result in continued weakness or a fire sale of the company to save face."
